Update: Manscaped customer service responded to my email within 24 hours and have sent a replacement.

I will update this when I hear back from the company, but I am currently disgusted at the build quality of such an expensive item. Intelligently Contoured Ergonomic Design. Its visually appealing design features a matte black finish and smooth lines. The device is compact and light (about 5.5 inches long and about 2.6 ounces), fits well in my hand, and is easy to operate and maneuver. Groom sensitive nasal and ear cavities safely and with ease using The Weed Whacker rechargeable trimmer from Manscaped. I am really disappointed as this kit cost over £100 and it doesn’t even come with a 12 month warranty. Cut to a painless solution: the Weed Whacker 2.0 with second-generation engineering and a superior cutting performance. The Weed Whacker, a new product from the brand Manscaped, is a waterproof rechargeable electric trimmer for ear and nose hair. I have not even used the replacement blade that I paid for 5 months ago alongside other cosmetics. I have emailed Manscaped to ask for a repair/replacement but won’t hold my breath on then helping.
I am really shocked as I have probably used this item 5 times and I did not expect it to be of such low quality. Yesterday I tried to turn on the Lawnmower 4.9 and god a quick buzz and the light turned on, then it went off again, and 2 of the three LED lights on the front no longer work.
